Look at yourself in the mirror.
Look into your eyes and penetrate into the core of your being.
Go into the black pit of your pupils,
into the depths of your soul,
and ask yourself the question "who am I?"
Don't just ask it mentally, ask it with all your heart.
Ask it as if your life depended on knowing the answer.
Ask it again and again.
Now close your eyes and listen to the answer
in the silence of your own mind.
